As\u00ed, tendr\u00e1s tiempo para desayunar tranquilamente y realizar estiramientos o <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">respirar de manera consciente<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, lo que te ayudar\u00e1 a reconectar tanto con tu cuerpo como con el momento presente y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">focalizar tu atenci\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en el aqu\u00ed y el ahora\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Los primeros d\u00edas procura llegar temprano a la oficina para poder adaptarte sin prisas ni agobios al ambiente laboral, charlar con los compa\u00f1eros y enterarte de qu\u00e9 ha pasado mientras estabas fuera. Amalia destaca que, en este punto, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">priorizar las tareas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> es esencial: \u201cseguro que tienes cientos de emails en la bandeja de entrada y es imposible que los contestes todos. Comienza con los m\u00e1s urgentes y deja el resto para m\u00e1s adelante. Tambi\u00e9n es fundamental que hagas las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pausas necesarias<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> para no estresarte ni agotarte y que rebajes unos grados el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nivel de autoexigencia<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Debes comprender que el proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n es progresivo y que, poco a poco, ir\u00e1s recuperando <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tu m\u00e1ximo potencial<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y rendimiento. Por eso, una buena idea es marcarse peque\u00f1as metas e ir paso a paso, en lugar de tratar de solucionarlo todo a la vez.
