Y este n\u00famero no ha dejado de crecer en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o y medio debido a la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s provocados por la crisis sanitaria, las restricciones de movilidad y la distancia social. Porque, en este escenario de incertidumbre, mantenerse equilibrado puede resultar complicado y el Yoga nos ayuda a conseguirlo.<\/p>\n<p>El Yoga, que en s\u00e1nscrito significa uni\u00f3n, es precisamente eso: la uni\u00f3n entre el cuerpo, la mente y la respiraci\u00f3n. Lo primero que nos aclara Rachel Rose, experta en Mind &amp; Body de SHA Wellness Clinic, es que \u201c<em>todo el mundo, independientemente de su edad y condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, puede practicarlo. Eso s\u00ed, es importante aclarar que no hace falta ser un yogui para hacer Yoga. Y es que, alrededor de las posturas corporales (asanas) y el control de la respiraci\u00f3n, el Yoga tiene una serie de ideas, una \u00e9tica, un estilo de vida e incluso una dieta que exigen mucho del practicante. Es una pr\u00e1ctica de cuerpo-mente que trae a la luz lo que est\u00e1 en la oscuridad, y a la consciencia las cosas que est\u00e1n en la inconsciencia\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Yoga se puede practicar en cualquier lugar y horario, no se necesita ning\u00fan equipamiento especial y los resultados son inmediatos. Pero, como asegura Rachel, \u201c<em>lo m\u00e1s importante, y lo que casi nunca se dice, es que practicar Yoga es enormemente placentero: te tumbas en el suelo, te concentras en la respiraci\u00f3n, desconectas del mundo y te reencuentras contigo mismo. A trav\u00e9s de la coordinaci\u00f3n consciente del movimiento y de la respiraci\u00f3n, notar\u00e1s, desde la primera clase, un estado de relajaci\u00f3n profunda, y, al activar, mover y estirar el cuerpo en su totalidad, descubrir\u00e1s determinados m\u00fasculos que, muchas veces, no sab\u00edas ni que exist\u00edan\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que, si deseas mejorar tu salud f\u00edsica, mental y emocional, la concentraci\u00f3n y la coordinaci\u00f3n, controlar el estr\u00e9s, dormir mejor, combatir el sedentarismo, acabar con los dolores de espalda causados por el teletrabajo, tener conciencia del aqu\u00ed y el ahora y buscas serenidad, bienestar personal y paz interior, el Yoga es la soluci\u00f3n.
