Al inspirar, despega los talones, poni\u00e9ndote de puntillas y subiendo los <strong>brazos en vertical<\/strong>, y, al espirar, baja tanto brazos como talones. Es un estiramiento sim\u00e9trico y equilibrado sincronizado con la respiraci\u00f3n y todo el mundo puede hacer. Otra postura sencilla y muy beneficiosa para la salud es <strong>tumbarse bocarriba<\/strong>, en la cama o en el suelo, con las piernas en alto y apoyadas en la pared, como haciendo una \u2018L\u2019. Si padeces dolores de espalda o hernias lumbares, estar\u00e1s m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo con un coj\u00edn debajo del hueso sacro. Por \u00faltimo, recomiendo practicar la <strong>respiraci\u00f3n alterna<\/strong>, que en s\u00e1nscrito se denomina nadi shodhana, y que limpia y <strong>equilibra los canales energ\u00e9ticos<\/strong>. Con el pulgar, tapa la fosa nasal derecha y respira por la izquierda. Despu\u00e9s, tapa la fosa nasal izquierda y respira por la derecha.
