Y no es de extra\u00f1ar porque existen pocos entornos con un potencial estresante tan alto como la oficina. Las <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">cargas de trabajo excesivas<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, la falta de motivaci\u00f3n, est\u00edmulos o reconocimiento, la inestabilidad y precariedad laboral, la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">mala gesti\u00f3n del tiempo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, la hipercompetitividad del mercado, la dificultad para conciliar, la cultura de la optimizaci\u00f3n o el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">multitasking<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> nos mantienen en un constante y poco saludable estado de alerta. Adem\u00e1s, hay que tener en cuenta que dedicamos casi un tercio de nuestra vida adulta a trabajar.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Desde enero de 2022, la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud reconoce el s\u00edndrome del trabajador quemado<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, conocido como burnout, como una enfermedad profesional y lo ha incluido como uno de los principales problemas de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">salud mental<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Eso s\u00ed, no todo el estr\u00e9s en negativo.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Como nos comenta <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cinthya Molina, psic\u00f3loga de SHA Wellness Clinic, \u201c<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">el estr\u00e9s es un mecanismo natural<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que necesitamos para sobrevivir: nos ayuda a alcanzar nuestros objetivos y nos pone en alerta ante cualquier amenaza. De hecho, hay estudios que demuestran que unos niveles bajos de estr\u00e9s aumentan la memoria, mientras que demasiado, la anula. El problema se produce cuando el estr\u00e9s agudo, que es bueno y necesario, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">se convierte en cr\u00f3nico y no sabemos c\u00f3mo gestionarlo<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Cuando el estr\u00e9s laboral se cronifica, el trabajador comienza a notar falta de concentraci\u00f3n, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">pensamiento disperso<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, apat\u00eda, desmotivaci\u00f3n, p\u00e9rdida de memoria, cansancio f\u00edsico y mental, tristeza e <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">irritabilidad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Todos estos s\u00edntomas acaban provocando dolores de espalda, migra\u00f1as, problemas digestivos, psicol\u00f3gicos y cardiovasculares, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">alteraciones del sue\u00f1o<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> e, incluso, desequilibrios hormonales.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">C\u00f3mo tratamos el estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico en SHA<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Bruno Ribeiro, responsable de la Unidad de Salud Cognitiva y Emocional de SHA, explica que \u201c<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">el estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico est\u00e1 causado por diferentes factores<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, de ah\u00ed que se requiera un <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">enfoque multidisciplinar<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que integre una nutrici\u00f3n neurosaludable, un plan de ejercicio f\u00edsico personalizado, unas pautas de higiene del sue\u00f1o para alcanzar todas las noches el necesario <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">descanso reparador<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, la pr\u00e1ctica de disciplinas mindfulness y el <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">entrenamiento cerebral<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> adecuado\u201d.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Bruno destaca dos tratamientos de estimulaci\u00f3n cognitiva no invasivos y desarrollados por la NASA y la Facultad de Medicina de Harvard. \u201cPor un lado, la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">fotobiomodulaci\u00f3n cerebral<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, que consiste<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en aplicar diodos de luz infrarroja con diferentes longitudes de onda en <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e1reas espec\u00edficas del cerebro<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Esta tecnolog\u00eda permite acelerar los procesos de recuperaci\u00f3n celular, incrementa la oxigenaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas cerebrales y estimula su s\u00edntesis, aumentado el rendimiento general del organismo, los <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">niveles de energ\u00eda<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> y el estado de \u00e1nimo. Por otro, la <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">estimulaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica transcraneal<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, en la que se emplea un casco inal\u00e1mbrico equipado con 39 electrodos, que emiten leves descargas de una <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">corriente de muy baja intensidad<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> en el tejido cerebral y que registran, eval\u00faan y <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">modulan la actividad el\u00e9ctrica del cerebro en tiempo real<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
