Dura alrededor de dos semanas de promedio y tiene su origen en el hipot\u00e1lamo, una gl\u00e1ndula ubicada en el cerebro que regula cosas como la temperatura, la sed, el apetito, el sue\u00f1o y la vigilia. Sufre alteraciones con el cambio de hora, la luz y sobre todo el clima.<\/p>\n<p>Es fundamental mantener unos h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables, la esencia del m\u00e9todo SHA, para estabilizar nuestro organismo ante cualquier episodio eventual que pueda alterarnos f\u00edsica y mentalmente<\/p>\n<p>SHA Wellness Clinic sugiere cuatro sencillos consejos para evitar o mitigar el impacto de la astenia primaveral:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Haz ejercicio:<\/strong> ayuda a liberar tensiones, mejora nuestra salud f\u00edsica y mental y proporciona un sentimiento de gratitud y felicidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Come bien:<\/strong> incluye en tu rutina alimentos que contengan vitamina C y sean energizantes. La vitamina D reemplaza la falta de luz solar que necesita el cuerpo. Obviamente, las frutas y las verduras estar\u00e1n en lo alto de la lista, pero lo m\u00e1s importante ser\u00e1n los vegetales verdes como la col rizada, la r\u00facula y las acelgas. Siendo adem\u00e1s la primavera el momento id\u00f3neo para limpiar el h\u00edgado, a\u00f1ade muchos alimentos que ayudan a este \u00f3rgano como la remolacha, la alcachofa, el ajo y el lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Respira profundamente:<\/strong> Hacer algunos ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n profunda como Pranayama, ayuda a desintoxicar la mente y los pulmones. Intenta realizarlos por la ma\u00f1ana y por la noche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Descansa:<\/strong> es muy importante descansar adecuadamente. Nuestro cuerpo descansa y se repara durante la noche.
