Por ello, es importante saber que si has sido una persona sedentaria o con poca actividad f\u00edsica, <strong>es necesario comunicar a un profesional el deseo por comenzar o reanudar el ejercicio f\u00edsico para que te pueda dar su consejo<\/strong> <strong>acerca de las actividades que recomendar\u00eda en base al estado de tu salud actual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo segundo es <strong>considerar rutinas de ejercicio saludables que no aceleren el proceso de oxidaci\u00f3n de nuestro cuerpo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre es bueno determinar el tiempo que vas a dedicar por semana a ejercitarte, adem\u00e1s del horario, la frecuencia y la duraci\u00f3n. Una vez determinado, <strong>es fundamental seguirlo al pie de la letra<\/strong>.
