La experta nos da las claves: \u201ces recomendable incrementar el consumo de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">frutos rojos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, por sus propiedades antioxidantes, y el de <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">verduras de hoja verde<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">, sobre todo aquellas con un elevado contenido en agua, como los r\u00e1banos o los pepinos. Tambi\u00e9n es fundamental recuperar un adecuado aporte proteico y apostar por los <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">carbohidratos complejos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\"> de la quinoa, el mijo o el trigo sarraceno.
