En este caso, cuando nos preguntamos  <strong>qu\u00e9 alimentos nos ayudan a tener m\u00e1s energ\u00eda<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n podemos considerar <strong>qu\u00e9 alimentos nos roban energ\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si el objetivo es sentirse mejor y evitar la niebla mental, despertarse por la ma\u00f1ana y pensar \u201choy me como el mundo\u201d, te daremos algunas recomendaciones que te ayudar\u00e1n a la hora de conseguir tu objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>Si hasta ahora te levantas cansado y lo primero que necesitas para abrir los ojos es un caf\u00e9, preg\u00fantate qu\u00e9 est\u00e1s haciendo para obtener ese resultado. <strong>Por un lado es muy importante que respetes la regla de los tercios<\/strong>, seg\u00fan la cual <strong>un tercio del d\u00eda se puede dedicar al trabajo<\/strong>, <strong>otro tercio al descanso y el tercero, pero no menos importante, a la vida personal,<\/strong> a las relaciones sociales, al ejercicio..a lo que te haga sentir bien, vivo y lleno de energ\u00eda. Voy a hablarte de la parte que corresponde a la dieta dentro de esta compleja ecuaci\u00f3n, ya que es mi especialidad, pero deber\u00edas hacer un esquema diario de tus actividades y observar d\u00f3nde puede haber un desequilibrio que la desajuste por completo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comer no es sin\u00f3nimo de nutrirse, y, sin nutrientes, no hay energ\u00eda.<\/strong> El <strong>abuso de comidas r\u00e1pidas,<\/strong> estimulantes como el caf\u00e9, <strong>platos precocinados <\/strong>y sandwiches delante del ordenador mientras trabajas agotar\u00e1 tus recursos vitales. Permanecer despierto hasta<strong> el final de la tarde se convierte en un juego de malabares<\/strong> con tazas de expreso y az\u00facares refinados, en forma de galletas o chocolate. <strong>Nuestra propuesta para disponer de una energ\u00eda estable y duradera a lo largo de todo el d\u00eda,<\/strong> con claridad para pensar y evitar los saltos sobre comidas procesadas <strong>es que salgas de casa bien preparado.<\/strong> Para ello necesitas un <strong>buen desayuno, rico en hidratos de carbono complejos que permitan abastecer de glucosa<\/strong> (la principal fuente de energ\u00eda para el ser humano) tu organismo. Un buen porridge de cereales integrales es lo m\u00e1s adecuado y en <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/shamagazine\/porridge-veraniego-con-fresas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shamagazine<\/a> podr\u00e1s encontrar la receta. <strong>A lo largo del d\u00eda, a modo de peque\u00f1os tentempi\u00e9s, puedes incorporar frutos secos o compotas de manzana o pera.<\/strong> <strong>\u00bfY el resto del d\u00eda?<\/strong> Bueno, lo que tienes que hacer, para mantenerte sano y con energ\u00eda, es recuperar la cocina de la abuela.
