Sin embargo, dependiendo de la temporada del a\u00f1o, <strong>esta creencia puede llegar a ser totalmente contraproducente.<\/strong> Seg\u00fan la Medicina Tradicional China (MTC), la clave est\u00e1 en <strong>adaptar la dieta a la estaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o<\/strong>, y de esta manera, realmente <strong>conseguiremos un equilibrio tanto f\u00edsico como mental.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Cuando pasamos de una estaci\u00f3n a otra, <strong>la energ\u00eda de nuestro organismo<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n conocida como <strong><em>qi<\/em> <\/strong>en MTC, <strong>se desequilibra y provoca s\u00edntomas como falta de energ\u00eda, defensas bajas y aumento de peso.<\/strong> Por ello, es importante <strong>adaptar nuestro estilo de vida al cambio de estaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Para ello, podemos <strong>recurrir a los principios de la Medicina Tradicional China.<\/strong> No s\u00f3lo nos ayudar\u00e1 a <strong>prevenir enfermarnos<\/strong> este oto\u00f1o\/invierno, sino que tambi\u00e9n <strong>mejorar\u00e1 nuestra digesti\u00f3n, niveles de energ\u00eda, claridad mental y nos ayudar\u00e1 a mantener un peso saludable.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Melanie Waxman, <strong>experta en nutrici\u00f3n<\/strong>, asegura que <strong>lo m\u00e1s importante es comer alimentos de temporada<\/strong> ya que, de esta manera, <strong>equilibramos el yin y el yang<\/strong>-las energ\u00edas opuestas que trabajan conjuntamente para mantenernos saludables-. Cuando una de ellas <strong>est\u00e1 fuera de equilibrio<\/strong> o es m\u00e1s dominante, podemos <strong>sufrir s\u00edntomas como falta de energ\u00eda, defensas bajas, cambios de humor, problemas digestivos y antojos de alimentos poco saludables.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Por lo contrario, cuando <strong>alineamos nuestra dieta a las estaciones<\/strong>, nutrimos nuestro cuerpo correctamente para que trabaje de forma \u00f3ptima.<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Durante esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o, <strong>tenemos que empezar a introducir cambios en nuestra dieta<\/strong> y rutina diaria para <strong>adaptarnos al cambio de estaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> A medida que van bajando las temperaturas, <strong>nuestro cuerpo necesita nutrirse con alimentos m\u00e1s yang<\/strong>. Durante el verano, la MTC recomienda una dieta m\u00e1s yin, basada en alimentos refrescantes y crudos para poder combatir el calor, mientras que en los meses m\u00e1s fr\u00edos del a\u00f1o buscamos lo opuesto: <strong>calentar el cuerpo por dentro con alimentos m\u00e1s yang.<\/strong> \u00bfAlguna vez has tomado un helado en invierno y sentido c\u00f3mo se enfr\u00eda el cuerpo interiormente? Eso es porque el helado tiene un efecto expansivo, provocando una bajada de temperatura en el organismo. Por ello, en oto\u00f1o\/invierno, <strong>debemos fortalecer el yang para disfrutar de una salud \u00f3ptima.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Siguiendo <strong>los principios de la Medicina Tradicional China<\/strong>, tu <strong>organismo podr\u00e1 adaptarse al cambio de estaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y estar\u00e1 en plena forma para combatir cualquier cosa que se le ponga en el camino.
