En concreto, todas estas palabras forman parte de una categor\u00eda m\u00e1s grande: el <\/span><b>entrenamiento funcional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el entrenamiento funcional?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El entrenamiento funcional tiene como objetivo trabajar todos los m\u00fasculos mediante ejercicios que tonifican el cuerpo en su totalidad, en vez de de forma aislada.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 20px;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 beneficios tiene el entrenamiento funcional?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primero y m\u00e1s obvio de todos es que <\/span><b>mejora tu vida cotidiana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dado que, al trabajar con movimientos habituales en tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda; ganar\u00e1s movilidad en todas aquellas rutinas que haces usualmente, como caminar, agacharse o cargar con las bolsas de la compra. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, disminuye la <\/span><b>probabilidad de sufrir lesiones, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dado que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fortalece los<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> m\u00fasculos y articulaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces has llegado a casa despu\u00e9s de un largo d\u00eda en la oficina con un dolor de espalda horrible? Sabemos que pasar muchas horas sentados perjudica nuestra salud ya que adquirimos malas posturas y eso puede ocasionarnos molestias musculares. El entrenamiento funcional <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ayuda a <\/span><b>mejorar la postura<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y poner fin a dichos problemas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 hay del aspecto f\u00edsico? Este tipo de ejercicios es ideal para moldear tu figura y perder peso. Con este ejercicio trabajas brazos, espalda y abdomen. No importa si al principio no<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> logras realizar el ejercicio al completo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ya que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bastar\u00e1 con que te mantengas colgado<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el m\u00e1ximo tiempo posible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saltos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puedes utilizar una cuerda para saltar a la comba o subir y bajar escalones, saltando con las dos piernas a la vez.
