Es <strong>importante controlar la respiraci\u00f3n mientras se realizan las posturas<\/strong>, ya que <strong>ayuda a expulsar toxinas del cuerpo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Rutina de yoga detox<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Paso 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Si\u00e9ntate<\/strong> con <strong>las piernas cruzadas<\/strong> en una alfombrilla de yoga con <strong>la espalda recta y la mirada hacia el frente.<\/strong> <strong>Cierra los ojos<\/strong> y reposa <strong>una mano encima del pecho<\/strong> y <strong>la otra encima del abdomen.<\/strong> <strong>Respira profundamente 5 veces<\/strong>, sintiendo como <strong>el abdomen se hincha al inhalar<\/strong> y como <strong>se deshincha al exhalar.<\/strong> Enfoca toda tu atenci\u00f3n a la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la postura en la que est\u00e1s, <strong>mueve la mano derecha para apoyarla detr\u00e1s de tu cuerpo<\/strong> para <strong>hacer una torsi\u00f3n<\/strong> y apoya la mano izquierda en tu rodilla derecha. Al realizar esta torsi\u00f3n, <strong>inspira hacia dentro con la espalda recta<\/strong>, y <strong>expira al torcer la espalda hacia atr\u00e1s.<\/strong> <strong>Repite<\/strong> esta postura en <strong>ambos lados del cuerpo 3 veces.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vuelve a <strong>ali\u00f1ar la espalda al centro y en posici\u00f3n vertical<\/strong> y poco a poco <strong>desliza las manos y los brazos hacia el frente<\/strong>, conectando con tu respiraci\u00f3n y <strong>apoyando tu tronco superior encima de tus piernas cruzadas<\/strong> y con las manos extendidas hacia delante. Qu\u00e9date aqu\u00ed <strong>entre 30-60 segundos e inhala y expira profundamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lentamente sal de la posici\u00f3n, <strong>descruza las piernas y t\u00fambate lentamente.<\/strong> <strong>Levanta las piernas para hacer una inversi\u00f3n<\/strong> apoyando las manos en los lumbares para proteger la espada. <strong>Intenta mantener las piernas en posici\u00f3n vertical<\/strong> y mant\u00e9n tu barbilla hacia el pecho para proteger el cuello. Intenta <strong>mantener la inversi\u00f3n unos 30 segundos<\/strong>.
