En estas fechas del a\u00f1o, el turr\u00f3n se une a la larga lista de alimentos tradicionales navide\u00f1os que ingerimos. Sin embargo, <strong>los turrones convencionales no son muy saludables.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En SHA, Somos los primeros que <strong>nos encanta disfrutar de la buena alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, por ello, siempre <strong>proponemos alternativas m\u00e1s saludables<\/strong> que no son perjudiciales para la salud y <strong>no har\u00e1n que nos sintamos hinchados despu\u00e9s de las navidades.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta <strong>receta de turr\u00f3n de almendra es deliciosa<\/strong>, y, \u00a1adem\u00e1s <strong>es saludable!<\/strong> Simplemente hay que intercambiar algunos ingredientes por otros m\u00e1s sanos y el resultado es exquisito. Prepara esta receta esta navidad y deja a todos tus familiares y amigos sorprendidos. <strong>\u00a1No se dar\u00e1n cuenta de que no lleva ni un gramo de az\u00facar refinado!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tazas de almendras tostadas<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de sarraceno<\/li>\n<li>Media taza de d\u00e1tiles triturados o pasas<\/li>\n<li>Media taza de pasta de almendras<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharas soperas de pasta de cacahuetes<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de sirope de arroz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tostar el sarraceno en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio- bajo hasta que adquiera un color marr\u00f3n dorado.<\/li>\n<li>Triturar bien 2 tazas de almendras con la taza de sarraceno y por otro lado trocear la otra taza de almendras.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar todas las almendras con el sarraceno y las pasas.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar en una olla el sirope y la pasta de almendras y la de cacahuete. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, apagar el fuego y verter la mezcla anterior.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclarlo todo bien y transferirlo a una fuente plana.
