{"id":71914,"date":"2016-12-20T14:41:03","date_gmt":"2016-12-20T12:41:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/como-cuidarnos-durante-las-fiestas-navidenas\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T21:00:05","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T19:00:05","slug":"como-cuidarnos-durante-las-fiestas-navidenas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/como-cuidarnos-durante-las-fiestas-navidenas\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo cuidarnos durante las fiestas navide\u00f1as"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nos acercamos a unas <strong>fechas de diversas celebraciones y que se suelen asociar a excesos.<\/strong> Os vamos a dar <strong>una serie de consejos para disfrutar de estas fechas festivas<\/strong> sin pasarnos.<\/p>\n<p>No debemos olvidar las tres reglas de oro: <strong>calidad, cantidad y masticaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siempre que podamos vamos a <strong>seleccionar ingredientes de primera calidad, org\u00e1nicos, frescos, locales y de temporada.<\/strong> Vamos a quedarnos satisfechos despu\u00e9s de las comidas pero no molestos y para esto va a ser <strong>fundamental masticar muy bien los alimentos.<\/strong> Nos ayudar\u00e1 a <strong>mejorar la digesti\u00f3n<\/strong> y va a hacer que <strong>no comamos m\u00e1s de lo necesario. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos contribuir a hacer las comidas familiares m\u00e1s saludables? <strong>Preparando nosotros mismos algunos platos<\/strong>: <strong>ricas ensaladas<\/strong>, <strong>sopas o cremas de verduras,<\/strong> alg\u00fan p<strong>lato principal con prote\u00edna vegetal<\/strong> (por ejemplo seit\u00e1n) y alg\u00fan <strong>postre saludable<\/strong> (natillas veganas, <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/receta-de-turron-de-almendras-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">turrones sin az\u00facar<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Otra<strong> buena alternativa<\/strong> son los entrantes en <strong>forma de pat\u00e9s vegetales.<\/strong> Vamos a usar nuestra creatividad para darles un toque festivo.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo despu\u00e9s de un d\u00eda festivo, <strong>podemos depurar el organismo con un caldo de daikon y shiitake<\/strong> o una sencilla y nutritiva <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/como-preparar-una-sopa-de-miso-facil\/\">sopa de miso.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s <strong>intentaremos mantenernos activos y hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/hacer-ejercicio-sin-ir-al-gimnasio\/\">ejercicio<\/a><\/strong> (al menos caminar diariamente).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Recetas saludables para las navidades<\/h3>\n<h4>Caviar Vegetal<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g de aceitunas negras deshuesadas.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera (cs) de tahini (crema de sesamo).<\/li>\n<li>Tomillo y romero picados (al gusto).<\/li>\n<li>Zumo de 1 lim\u00f3n peque\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Triturar todos los ingredientes y mezclar bien. Puedes servirlo con verduras cortadas \u00e0 la julienne o con crackers saludables.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Pat\u00e9 de Frutos Secos<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g de nueces peladas<\/li>\n<li>Una cucharada sopera de tahini<\/li>\n<li>Agua<\/li>\n<li>Sal (al gusto)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Triturar las nueces hasta conseguir una pasta homog\u00e9nea. Mezclar la pasta de nueces con la cucharada de tahini, a\u00f1adir sal al gusto. Remover e ir a\u00f1adiendo agua poco a poco hasta conseguir la textura pat\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Caldo Depurativo (buen\u00edsimo para disolver grasas)<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>2 zanahorias<\/li>\n<li>1 ramita de apio<\/li>\n<li>10 grs de daikon seco.<\/li>\n<li>4 setas shiitake secas (previamente en remojo).<\/li>\n<li>1 tira de alga kombu<\/li>\n<li>Un trocito de jengibre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poner todos los ingredientes en una olla y cubrir con agua (incluyendo el agua de remojo de las setas).
