Es una receta que se hace en tan s\u00f3lo 5 minutos y es perfecto para llevarlo contigo si vas mal de tiempo o si eres de esas personas que no puede desayunar a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana. Lo puedes hacer la noche de antes y conservarlo en un envase para tenerlo listo para llevar al d\u00eda siguiente.<\/p>\n<p>Las <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/que-son-las-semillas-de-chia\/\">semillas de ch\u00eda<\/a> contienen 2 veces la cantidad de <strong>potasio<\/strong> de los pl\u00e1tanos, <strong>3 veces m\u00e1s<\/strong> <strong>antioxidantes <\/strong>que los ar\u00e1ndanos, <strong>3 veces m\u00e1s hierro<\/strong> que las espinacas, <strong>2 veces m\u00e1s prote\u00edna<\/strong> que cualquier otra semilla, <strong>5 veces m\u00e1s calcio<\/strong> que la <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/por-que-dejar-de-tomar-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leche<\/a>, adem\u00e1s de ser una<strong> fuente de magnesio, cobre, zinc y otras vitaminas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las semillas provenientes de Sudam\u00e9rica aportan mucha energ\u00eda. El nombre en s\u00ed quiere decir \u201cfuerza\u201d en maya y se han utilizado durante miles de a\u00f1os como un superalimento por sus numerosos beneficios.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, el pudding de ch\u00eda es un desayuno que aporta mucha energ\u00eda, est\u00e1 delicioso y lo mejor de todo es que es muy f\u00e1cil de hacer.
