La receta tradicional lleva queso parmesano, pero para esta versi\u00f3n vegana, lo hemos sustituido con miso blanco. Y aunque parezca que no vaya a ser igual, la verdad es que no se nota la diferencia y es igual de deliciosa. Lo bueno es que sentar\u00e1 mejor y es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de digerir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La salsa de pesto es muy vers\u00e1til ya que se puede combinar con m\u00faltiples platos.<\/span> La manera m\u00e1s conocida es combinarla con una pasta caliente, pero aparte,<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> tambi\u00e9n se puede a\u00f1adir como ali\u00f1o a las ensaladas, a risottos, ensaladas fr\u00edas de pastas, arroces o legumbres, como tambi\u00e9n es muy combinable como aderezo para pescados y como acompa\u00f1ante de tapas.<\/span> Tambi\u00e9n recomendamos combinarlo con esta <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/que-son-los-zoodles\/\">receta de zoodles.<\/a> Los zoodles son falsos espaguetis hechos de calabac\u00edn, con lo cual son muy saludables y ligeros, y al combinarlos con salsa de pesto casero, \u00a1est\u00e1n deliciosos!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pru\u00e9balo y ver\u00e1s c\u00f3mo no notar\u00e1s ninguna diferencia de sabor y quedar\u00e1s encantado con los resultados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de albahaca fresca<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de Shiro Miso<\/li>\n<li>40g de pi\u00f1ones tostados (tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer con nueces o anacardos)<\/li>\n<li>100mL de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un recipiente alto, excepto el aceite.<\/li>\n<li>Verter el aceite poco a poco en el recipiente mientras se tritura todo con una batidora de mano.<\/li>\n<li>Se tritura todo para que se convierta en una salsa cremosa y uniforme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La salsa pesto es una de las recetas m\u00e1s conocidas italianas y una de las que m\u00e1s gusta a la gente.
