Te dejar\u00e1 sinti\u00e9ndote saciado y lleno de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Esta ensalada se puede tomar como plato principal o como acompa\u00f1ante. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ensalada Prensada con Revuelto de Tofu<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cucharada de perejil picadito fino<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de col china en rodajitas finas<\/li>\n<li>1 pepino pelado y cortado en rodajitas finas<\/li>\n<li>1 tallo de apio cortado a rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li>3 r\u00e1banos a rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 bloque de tofu desmenuzado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre umeboshi<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de agua mineral<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Coloca la col china, el apio, los pepinos y los r\u00e1banos en un bol. A\u00f1ade la sal y mezcla bien. Presiona con un peso durante aproximadamente 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla el tofu y el umeboshi. Deja reposar durante aproximadamente 15 minutos.
