Una comida refrescante y ligera con el calor, lo que m\u00e1s apetece. \u00c9sta ensalada de lombarda es perfecta para nutrir y depurar el cuerpo, detoxificar y eliminar l\u00edquidos. El verano es el momento perfecto para alimentarnos de comidas que nos ayuden a sentirnos y vernos bien f\u00edsicamente. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Incluye una ensalada al d\u00eda, como \u00e9sta, y ver\u00e1s c\u00f3mo tu cuerpo te lo agradecer\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes para la ensalada de lombarda:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de lombarda rallada<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de col rallada<\/li>\n<li>1 pepino cortado en juliana<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de albahaca picada<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de oruga picada<\/li>\n<li>Sal marina<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre de arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>Semillas de s\u00e9samo tostadas<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre de ume<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1. Coloca todas las verduras en un cuenco.<\/p>\n<p>2. A\u00f1ade una pizca de sal y m\u00e9zclalo bien con las verduras.<\/p>\n<p>3. Coloca un plato encima de la ensalada con un peso encima del plato. D\u00e9jalo reposar durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>4. Retira el peso y el plato del cuenco y retira el l\u00edquido sobrante.<\/p>\n<p>5. Coloca las semillas de s\u00e9samo en un suribachi (mortero) y mu\u00e9lelas hasta que se forme un polvo.<\/p>\n<p>6. A\u00f1ade los vinagres de arroz integral y ume y un poco de agua.<\/p>\n<p>7.
