Las <strong>m\u00e1quinas de rayos UVA<\/strong> no son recomendables dado que pueden llegar a producir c\u00e1ncer de piel.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, hay que buscar alternativas que nos ayuden a mantener el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">tono de piel bonito y uniforme<\/span> que hemos conseguido durante el verano y prolongar el bronceado durante el m\u00e1ximo tiempo posible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">3 trucos b\u00e1sicos para prolongar el bronceado de forma natural <\/span>son:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Alimentos con betacarotenos <\/strong><strong>y antioxidantes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tomar alimentos ricos en betacarotenos y antioxidantes como las <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">zanahorias<\/span>. Por todos es conocido que comer zanahoria no s\u00f3lo ayuda a mejorar la vista sino tambi\u00e9n a prolongar el bronceado gracias a su alto contenido en betacaroteno. Ya sea en forma de zumo de zanahoria, de crema de zanahoria, como guarnici\u00f3n de alg\u00fan plato\u2026 o incluso como mascarilla de zanahoria elaborada a partir de la pulpa y aplicada directamente sobre nuestro piel nos ayuda a mantener nuestro tono dorado.<\/p>\n<p>Otros alimentos ricos en betacarotenos y antioxidantes que son muy saludables: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">calabaza, papaya, mel\u00f3n, sand\u00eda, frutas del bosque, acelgas, br\u00f3coli, albahaca, berros<\/span>, etc\u00e9tera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Hidrataci\u00f3n intensa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Usar <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">gel de ducha y crema hidratante<\/span> de origen natural, sin parabenos, que nos ayuden a mantener la piel hidratada y conservar el bronceado obtenido. Tambi\u00e9n podemos utilizar alg\u00fan aceite natural como el de aloe vera que, adem\u00e1s de hidrataci\u00f3n, aporte mayor brillo a nuestra piel. La hidrataci\u00f3n de la piel es fundamental para mantenerla sana por lo que, tras el verano, es recomendable hidratar nuestro cuerpo con cremas naturales dos o tres veces al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es recomendable <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">beber mucha agua<\/span> para hidratar nuestra piel y nuestro cuerpo desde el interior.
