{"id":71619,"date":"2016-01-29T12:30:16","date_gmt":"2016-01-29T10:30:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/receta-de-hamburguesas-de-tofu\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:53:47","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:53:47","slug":"receta-de-hamburguesas-de-tofu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/receta-de-hamburguesas-de-tofu\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta de Hamburguesas de tofu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No tienes que renunciar a comer hamburguesas, solo cambiar los ingredientes para conseguir una <strong>saludable receta de Hamburguesas de Tofu que son as\u00ed de f\u00e1ciles de preparar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bloque de 350g de <strong>tofu firme<\/strong> secado con papel, cortado en rodajas de 2,50cm<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de <strong>aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 taza de <strong>cebollas<\/strong> cortadas a dados<\/li>\n<li>1\u20442 cucharadita de <strong>sal<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de <strong>or\u00e9gano seco<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de <strong>zanahoria rallada<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1\u20444 taza de <strong>pimientos<\/strong> sin pepitas y cortado en dados (da igual el color)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de <strong>nueces o almendras tostadas<\/strong> y ralladas gruesas<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de <strong>salsa de soja<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadas de <strong>mostaza de Dijon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de <strong>aceite de s\u00e9samo oscuro<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1\u20448 taza de <strong>tahini<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1\u20444 cucharadita de<strong> pimienta negra molida<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1\u20448 taza de <strong>albahaca fresca<\/strong> picada<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de<strong> jengibre fresco<\/strong> rallado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1. <strong>Envuelve el tofu en un pa\u00f1o<\/strong> de cocina doblado en dos. Coloca sobre la superficie de trabajo. Ejerce peso sobre \u00e9l con una tabla con latas de comida o peso durante 1 hora. Escurre el tofu envuelto en el pa\u00f1o de cocina para extraer la mayor cantidad de l\u00edquido posible del tofu. Cambia el tofu a un bol mediano. Desmenuza con un tenedor.<\/p>\n<p>2. En una sart\u00e9n a fuego lento, calienta el aceite. <strong>A\u00f1ade las cebollas, espolvorea con sal y or\u00e9gano, y cocina a fuego lento durante 7 u 8 minutos<\/strong>, removiendo de tanto en tanto. A\u00f1ade la zanahoria y el pimiento y cocina, cubierto, hasta que las verduras est\u00e9n tiernas, removiendo de tanto en tanto, durante alrededor de 8 minutos. Cambia las verduras a un bol grande.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Desmenuza el tofu y a\u00f1\u00e1delo al bol de verduras cocidas<\/strong> junto con las nueces, la salsa de soja, la mostaza, el aceite de s\u00e9samo, el tahini, el piment\u00f3n y la albahaca. Mezcla bien y a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s salsa de soja al gusto.<\/p>\n<p>4.<strong> Dispon la mezcla en hamburguesas de un grosor de 1,25cm<\/strong>. (Se puede hacer con 4 horas de antelaci\u00f3n. Cubre y deja enfriar.)<\/p>\n<p>5. Calienta aceite en una sart\u00e9n. Coloca las hamburguesas encima y <strong>cocina hasta que est\u00e9n doraditas<\/strong> y bien hechas, aproximadamente tres minutos por cada cara.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esperamos que hay\u00e1is disfrutado esta receta de hamburguesas de tofu y que os anim\u00e9is a prepararla en casa.
