{"id":71558,"date":"2015-11-18T11:47:38","date_gmt":"2015-11-18T09:47:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/receta-de-sushi-de-verduras-y-tofu\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:36:14","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:36:14","slug":"receta-de-sushi-de-verduras-y-tofu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/receta-de-sushi-de-verduras-y-tofu\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta de Sushi de verduras y tofu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy te proponemos una versi\u00f3n 100% SHA de sushi. <strong>Una receta de sushi de verduras y tofu para los m\u00e1s atrevidos en la cocina.<\/strong><br \/>\nEs un plato que necesita tiempo y dedicaci\u00f3n, pero que no es para nada complicado. \u00bfTe animas a probarlo?<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes para el arroz<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>2 tazas de arroz semiintegral cocido<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas de vinagre de arroz integral<\/p>\n<p>Un pellizco de sal marina<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de mirin<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Resto de ingredientes<\/h4>\n<p>4 l\u00e1minas de nori (algas marinas deshidratadas)<\/p>\n<p>1 taza de verduras picadas (zanahoria, pepino, pimiento rojo, aguacate, setas)<\/p>\n<p>Tofu (opcional)<\/p>\n<p>Semillas de s\u00e9samo tostadas<\/p>\n<p>Salsa de soja, jengibre en vinagre, wasabi para servir<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezcla sal, vinagre y mirin en un bol peque\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade la mezcla al arroz ya cocido, a\u00fan caliente  y mezcla suavemente.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepara las verduras cort\u00e1ndolas en trozos finos<\/strong>. Si son demasiado grandes no permitir\u00e1n que se enrolle bien el sushi.<\/li>\n<li>Ha llegado la hora de enrollar: <strong>coge una esterilla de sushi y coloca el alga nori sobre ella<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade aproximadamente 3\/4 de taza de arroz. Coloca en el medio del alga nori y aprieta suavemente con las manos h\u00famedas hasta que cubra dos tercios del alga.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n disp\u00f3n una porci\u00f3n de verduras (o el relleno que quieras) en l\u00ednea en la parte inferior del arroz, en la parte m\u00e1s cercana a ti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comienza a enrollar el nori y arroz con los dedos<\/strong>, y una vez hayan quedado cubiertas las verduras, enrolla la esterilla, utiliz\u00e1ndola para moldear y comprimir el rollo. Contin\u00faa hasta que est\u00e9 enrollado del todo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trocea con un cuchillo afilado<\/strong> y reserva.<\/li>\n<li>Para hacer <strong>el rollo que lleva el alga por dentro<\/strong>, cubre la esterilla con film transparente.<\/li>\n<li>Presiona el arroz sobre el nori y da la vuelta sobre la esterilla. A\u00f1ade una capa de verduras al nori y enrolla.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca trozos de aguacate sobre el arroz y vuelve a enrollar apretando con suavidad para moldear el aguacate sobre el arroz.
