Unas veces por miedo y otras por el efecto sobre la salud que un vuelo puede conllevar, desde SHA magazine <strong>queremos ayudar a todas estas personas a combatir el miedo a volar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde procede este miedo?<\/strong><br \/>\nEn la mayor\u00eda de ocasiones del <strong>desconocimiento<\/strong> total y absoluto del funcionamiento de los aviones; aunque una <strong>mala experiencia o el recuerdo de colisiones<\/strong> en pel\u00edculas y en las noticias tambi\u00e9n puede causar este estr\u00e9s.<br \/>\nMuy a menudo un temor, como el de montar en avi\u00f3n, puede esconder un miedo real, m\u00e1s profundo.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, \u00bfC\u00f3mo combatir el miedo a volar?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Aprende a relajarte<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lo primordial es<strong> averiguar de d\u00f3nde procede este miedo y aprender a controlar el estr\u00e9s<\/strong> generado y las angustias derivadas. Hay diversos m\u00e9todos como el <strong>yoga o  la meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que deber\u00edas probar para ver cu\u00e1l te funciona mejor y <strong>empezar a<\/strong> <strong>ponerlo en pr\u00e1ctica unos d\u00edas antes del viaje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Resulta tambi\u00e9n <strong>muy \u00fatil visualizar el d\u00eda del vuelo<\/strong> para combatir el miedo a volar. Visual\u00edzate a ti mismo esperando en el aeropuerto, en la puerta de embarque, mont\u00e1ndote en el avi\u00f3n, leyendo durante el vuelo\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h4>Una alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Comer y beber en exceso puede ser muy perjudicial<\/strong>; puede hacerte sentir pesado o incluso mareado y con n\u00e1useas durante el vuelo. Es mucho m\u00e1s recomendable <a href=\"http:\/\/esenzabysha.com\/es\/menu-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">una comida ligera y saludable<\/a>, alimentos saciantes y calmantes.<\/p>\n<p>Una copa de vino o una cerveza pueden ayudar a relajarse, pero <strong>el exceso de alcohol puede generar pensamientos negativos y dif\u00edciles de controlar<\/strong>. Se recomienda adem\u00e1s no tomar ninguna otra bebida estimulante antes de subir al avi\u00f3n, sino <strong>substituirlas por bebidas altamente hidratantes como los zumos de frutas naturales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que <strong>hidratarse (de la manera correcta) es primordial antes y durante el vuelo<\/strong> ya que la hidrataci\u00f3n disminuye los niveles de adrenalina y mantiene el sistema nervioso a raya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h4>Ayuda extra<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Puedes enga\u00f1ar ligeramente a tu cuerpo con suplementos naturales que te ayuden a relajarte como<strong> la valeriana, la pasiflora (que te ayudar\u00e1 a dormir) o la tila.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h4>T\u00f3mate tu tiempo<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Haz que tu viaje empiece en el propio aeropuerto y <strong>convi\u00e9rtelo en una experiencia positiva<\/strong>.
