La ansiedad no es m\u00e1s que un<strong> mecanismo de supervivencia<\/strong> ante situaciones que nuestro cerebro percibe como peligrosas. <strong>No es perjudicial en s\u00ed misma<\/strong>, sino que aparece para \u201csalvarnos\u201d del peligro.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que el <strong>primer consejo<\/strong> y el m\u00e1s importante es aprender a poner en pr\u00e1ctica el <strong>control de la ansiedad<\/strong>. Si esperamos el tiempo suficiente, el miedo acabar\u00e1 por desaparecer. El gran <strong>error es abandonar la situaci\u00f3n y evitarla<\/strong>. \u00a1Enfr\u00e9ntate a ella y toma el control!<\/p>\n<h4>1- <strong>Rel\u00e1jate <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Muchas veces creemos que sentarnos en el sof\u00e1 a ver la tele o con el m\u00f3vil nos ayudan a relajarnos y aliviar el estr\u00e9s. Sin embargo este estado de relajaci\u00f3n es s\u00f3lo temporal. Lo que necesita nuestro cuerpo son t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n como la <strong>respiraci\u00f3n profunda, el <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/beneficios-del-yoga-sobre-la-salud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">yoga<\/a> o el <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/8-razones-para-practicar-tai-chi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tai chi<\/a><\/strong>, que producen efectos f\u00edsicos sobre la mente.<\/p>\n<h4>2- <strong>Interpreta correctamente <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Elimina los <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/consejos-para-vivir-sin-bloqueos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pensamientos negativos<\/a> y mira el lado bueno de las cosas. Cuando te acuestes, intenta no mirar la televisi\u00f3n para poder conciliar bien el sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<h4>4- <strong>Alim\u00e9ntate bien<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Lo que <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/consejos-sobre-alimentacion-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">comemos<\/a> tiene una influencia directa en nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/strong> Escoge frutas y verduras de estaci\u00f3n, cereales integrales que te proporcionen energ\u00eda a largo plazo y evita alimentos o bebidas que puedan desencadenar estr\u00e9s, como el caf\u00e9 o bebidas con az\u00facares. Recuerda que <strong>somos lo que comemos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>5- <strong>Sociabiliza <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Conectar con personas que nos aprecian nos ayuda a sentirnos apoyados y seguros. Pasar tiempo con amigos y familiares y compartir con ellos tus preocupaciones te ayudar\u00e1 a sentirte comprendido y recordarte que eres capaz de afrontar tus problemas. <strong>Expresa c\u00f3mo te sientes a menudo para no acumular tensiones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>6- Act\u00edvate <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pasear por la naturaleza, coger la bicicleta, pintar, escuchar m\u00fasica\u2026 realiza actividades que te resulten agradables. Esto te ayudar\u00e1 a <strong>mejorar tu estado an\u00edmico y sentirte menos ansioso<\/strong>, ya que son momentos en los que nuestro estado interior se siente m\u00e1s favorable.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>7- Vive el presente <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Gran parte de nuestras ansiedades provienen de preocupaciones sobre asuntos que no sabemos c\u00f3mo transcurrir\u00e1n. Por lo que c\u00e9ntrate en el presente y acepta aquello que forma parte de tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda, modificando lo que est\u00e9 en tus manos. Y <strong>no te exijas demasiado, recuerda que nadie es perfecto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>8- <strong>Mu\u00e9vete<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El ejercicio f\u00edsico ayuda a reducir la ansiedad y favorece la relajaci\u00f3n muscular. <strong>Realiza la actividad que m\u00e1s te guste.<\/strong> Si eres de los que el deporte les aburre, puedes bailar, hacer nuevas actividades de <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/nuevas-tendencias-en-fitness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fitness<\/a> que mezclan distintas t\u00e9cnicas  o pasear.
