Se prepara a diario en la cocina de nuestro restaurante SHAMADI y hacer las delicias de los hu\u00e9spedes m\u00e1s dulceros. \u00a1An\u00edmate a preparar esta <strong>receta sencilla, sabrosa y sana<\/strong> de<em> Muffins<\/em> de almendras con la que conquistar\u00e1s los paladares de todos tus invitados!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>A<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Harina de espelta blanca &#8211; 1 taza<\/li>\n<li>Harina de espelta integral &#8211; 1 taza<\/li>\n<li><strong>Levadura royal<\/strong> \u2013 2 cucharaditas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Canela en polvo<\/strong> &#8211; 1\/2 cucharadita<\/li>\n<li>Bicarbonato &#8211; \u00bd cucharadita<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>B<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aceite (Oliva, S\u00e9samo, Girasol) &#8211; \u00bc taza<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pasta de almendras<\/strong> &#8211; \u00be taza<\/li>\n<li>Sirope de pita (o arce) &#8211; \u00be taza de<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leche de soja<\/strong> &#8211; 200g<\/li>\n<li>Vainilla &#8211; \u00bd vaina<\/li>\n<li>Trocitos de almendra &#8211; 50g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4> <strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Mezcla todos los ingredientes s\u00f3lidos <strong>(A)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla en otro bol todos los ingredientes <strong>(B)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mezcla los ingredientes (A) con los (B)<\/strong> suavemente y remueve para que no se queden grumos.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca la mezcla final en un molde de silicio con forma de muffin.<\/li>\n<li>Hornea a<strong> 160\u00ba C durante 7-8 minutos.<\/strong> Dependiendo del horno es conveniente girar la bandeja a mitad de horneado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bfTe animas a darte este capricho saludable?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como cada jueves te traemos una receta saludable.
