Seguramente hayas tenido que releer varias veces la misma frase antes de redactar un escrito importante o te cueste mantener la atenci\u00f3n en un tema por m\u00e1s de 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vivimos en la<a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/nomofobia-la-enfermedad-del-siglo-xxi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> era digital<\/a><\/strong>. Estamos rodeados de ondas que recorren la tierra buscando un receptor, ondas de radio, televisi\u00f3n, telefon\u00eda, de bluetooth. Como es bien conocido, toda antena emite y recibe radiaciones y esto sucede igual con los seres vivos. <strong>Emitimos radiaciones electromagn\u00e9ticas y tambi\u00e9n somos receptores de las mismas<\/strong>. Habitualmente nuestro cuerpo suele responder a estas radiaciones adapt\u00e1ndose, como lo ha hecho a lo largo de los a\u00f1os recibiendo con agrado los distintos cambios de tecnolog\u00eda: GSM, 3G, 4G\u2026  hasta que no puede adaptarse m\u00e1s y <strong>lo que parece haber sido una \u201cventaja\u201d o \u201cadaptaci\u00f3n\u201d ha pasado a convertirse en una \u201cepidemia\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El exceso de exposici\u00f3n a radiaciones electromagn\u00e9ticas empieza a ser algo habitual y que potencialmente produce <strong>desajustes en la salud<\/strong>. Debemos implementar algunos <strong>h\u00e1bitos saludables<\/strong> <strong>y ponernos a dieta digital<\/strong>. Te presentamos algunos consejos:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Come menos<\/strong>. Seguro que no te has parado a analizar cu\u00e1ntas \u201ccalor\u00edas digitales\u201d consumes al d\u00eda y cu\u00e1ntas necesitas realmente. Al igual que para tu peso, edad, sexo\u2026necesitas unas calor\u00edas diarias, <strong>debes acotar la ingesta<\/strong> ya que las redes sociales te ofrecen mucho m\u00e1s de lo que necesitas consumir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Evita las tentaciones.<\/strong> Cuando est\u00e1s a dieta no pones dulces en la mesa o cerca de ti. Evita tambi\u00e9n la tentaci\u00f3n de usar el m\u00f3vil o tablet mientras realizas una tarea o en el trabajo. <strong>D\u00e9jalo en silencio, desactiva las notificaciones o ponlo fuera de tu alcance<\/strong> y evitar\u00e1s sufrir la \u201cansiedad\u201d de tener que mirarlo cada vez que suene. Te acostumbrar\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cena como un mendigo. <\/strong>Al igual que la expresi\u00f3n popular hace alusi\u00f3n a los horarios para las comidas, apl\u00edcalo para moderar tu uso de pantallas. Establece un horario y ad\u00e1ptate a \u00e9l. Puedes utilizar tus dispositivos a unas horas determinadas en lugar de estar conectado permanentemente.<strong> A partir de la tarde-noche es aconsejable no utilizar pantallas<\/strong> de Smartphone, tablets, Pc, etc., desconectar el tel\u00e9fono o en su defecto alejarlo al m\u00e1ximo de ya que esto interfiere en la calidad del sue\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Autocontrol.<\/strong> Recuerda que eres t\u00fa el que controla tus dispositivos y no al rev\u00e9s. Procura<strong> no hablar en condiciones de mala cobertura<\/strong>, ya que el tel\u00e9fono utiliza mucha m\u00e1s potencia para conseguir la misma se\u00f1al. Habla con <strong>auriculares<\/strong> cuando sea posible (alejar el tel\u00e9fono har\u00e1 que la intensidad de la se\u00f1al que nos llega sea m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil) e intenta <strong>desconectar el bluetooth<\/strong> del coche ya que produce gran cantidad de ondas electromagn\u00e9ticas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Poniendo en pr\u00e1cticas estos sencillos h\u00e1bitos para gestionar el uso de tecnolog\u00edas, podemos reducir bastante el impacto negativo de estas tecnolog\u00edas.
