Antiguamente se cocinaba m\u00e1s en casa, sin embargo,<strong> el <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/como-comer-sano-en-el-trabajo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ritmo ajetreado<\/a> del d\u00eda a d\u00eda nos hace comer cualquier cosa<\/strong> de manera improvisada y sobre la marcha, de pie y sin horarios. Esto <strong>tambi\u00e9n sucede con los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os<\/strong> y por tanto la mayor\u00eda de los ni\u00f1os hoy en d\u00eda comen <strong>demasiados az\u00facares, mucha sal, demasiadas grasas saturadas<\/strong> (prote\u00edna animal), exceso de comida procesada y muy <strong>pocas frutas, verduras, cereales integrales y prote\u00edna vegetal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, es bueno que <strong>cambiemos las costumbres en casa,<\/strong> empezando por nosotros mismos, para que los ni\u00f1os aprendan a familiarizarse con ellas. No tiene ning\u00fan sentido querer que nuestros hijos coman verdura si nosotros no las comemos, ya que los ni\u00f1os son el reflejo de los h\u00e1bitos de los padres. Por ello hoy te presentamos este post de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable para ni\u00f1os. \u00a1Toma nota y empieza los cambios en casa!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Prote\u00ednas<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Es muy importante dar al ni\u00f1o prote\u00ednas dos veces al d\u00eda como m\u00ednimo. Puedes hacerlo incorpor\u00e1ndolas en forma de<strong> legumbres, tempeh, tofu, pescado, <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/que-es-el-seitan-propiedades-y-beneficios-de-este-alimento-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">seit\u00e1n<\/a>, alg\u00fan huevo, frutos secos y semillas.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Es importante nunca mezclar la prote\u00edna vegetal (sobre todo las legumbres) con las frutas en la misma comida, ya que la fruta inhibe la absorci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna en el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Sopas<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Las sopas<strong> fortalecen la flora intestinal y facilitan la digesti\u00f3n<\/strong>, por lo que es recomendable incorporarlas a la alimentaci\u00f3n de nuestros hijos. Puedes combinarlas a\u00f1adiendo verduras y alg\u00fan alga de mar como el alga wakame, kombu.
