Adem\u00e1s es un potente antioxidante y su alta proporci\u00f3n de agua y fibra hace que tenga un <strong>efecto diur\u00e9tico y laxante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Los esp\u00e1rragos combinados con el arroz integral, forman una combinaci\u00f3n deliciosa con la que te quedar\u00e1s saciado comiendo de forma saludable. Adem\u00e1s, siempre puedes variar los ingredientes y adaptarlos a tu gusto personal.
