Adem\u00e1s juega un papel muy importante en el mantenimiento del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico al reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n, y participar en el crecimiento y maduraci\u00f3n celular.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>salm\u00f3n, los cereales, el zumo de naranja, el aceite de h\u00edgado de bacalao y la caballa<\/strong> son algunos alimentos con alto contenido en vitamina D, sin embargo <strong>la fuente principal de vitamina D se encuentra en la luz solar. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>El dilema de la exposici\u00f3n solar<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El <strong>sol aporta grandes beneficios para la salud.<\/strong>  Adem\u00e1s de proporcionarnos vitamina D, numerosos estudios indican que una insuficiente exposici\u00f3n incrementa el riesgo de padecer algunos c\u00e1nceres como el de colon, mama y pr\u00f3stata.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, cuando llega el verano, son habituales los consejos sobre la importancia de <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/proteccion-y-cuidados-para-un-bronceado-seguro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">proteger la piel frente a los rayos solares<\/a>.
