{"id":71391,"date":"2015-06-17T14:04:36","date_gmt":"2015-06-17T12:04:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/recetas-de-postres-sha-wellness-en-masterchef\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:52:10","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:52:10","slug":"recetas-de-postres-sha-wellness-en-masterchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/recetas-de-postres-sha-wellness-en-masterchef\/","title":{"rendered":"RECETAS DE POSTRES SHA WELLNESS EN MASTERCHEF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ponemos a tu disposici\u00f3n las<strong> Recetas de Postres SHA Wellness en<\/strong> <strong>Masterchef<\/strong> que tuvieron que preparar los concursantes en la prueba por equipos. \u00a1An\u00edmate a ponerlas en pr\u00e1ctica y convi\u00e9rtete en todo un masterchef!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>FLAN DE JENGIBRE, CREMA DE YOGURT DE SOJA, MANZANA GANNY SMITH Y GRANOLA DE AVENA \u200b<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9880\" src=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/flanjengibre.jpg\" alt=\"flan jengibre\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Flan de jengibre<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aceite O.V.E. &#8211; 20 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Jengibre &#8211; 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Bebida de avena &#8211; 250 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Bebida de arroz \u2013 250 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Sirope de agave \u2013 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Melaza de arroz &#8211; 110 gr<\/li>\n<li>Agar-agar &#8211; 4,5 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El <strong>jengibre<\/strong> es un potente antiinflamatorio que mejora la circulaci\u00f3n y aumenta la capacidad para digerir los alimentos.<\/p>\n<p><u>Sopa de yogurt<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yogurt de soja &#8211; 200 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Crema de soja &#8211; 50 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Melaza de arroz &#8211; 70 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Cremoso de lim\u00f3n<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zumo de lim\u00f3n &#8211; 50 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Bebida de soja &#8211; 150 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Melaza &#8211; 45 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Agar-agar &#8211; 6 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Crema de soja &#8211; 30 ml.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00farcuma &#8211; 1 c\/c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Otros<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 manzana smith<\/li>\n<li>8 moras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Flan de jengibre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lavar el jengibre en abundante agua y secar, triturar  y con ayuda de un pa\u00f1o de algod\u00f3n extraer el zumo. Mezclar todos los ingredientes en una cacerola menos el jengibre.  Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n. A\u00f1adir el jengibre y hervir durante 1 minuto m\u00e1s. Retirar del fuego y poner el resultado en una bandeja de cuatro dedos de profundidad. Enfriar en nevera durante 3 horas y desmoldar para cortar dados de 4x4cm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sopa de Yogurt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poner la crema de soja junto con la melaza de arroz en un cazo a calentar a fuego lento, retirar del fuego y a\u00f1adir el yogurt. Reservar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cremoso de lim\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poner en un cazo la bebida de soja, melaza y agar-agar, llevar a ebullici\u00f3n y retirar del fuego, a\u00f1adir el resto de ingredientes menos la crema de soja. Dejar enfriar y pasar por la batidora a\u00f1adiendo la crema de soja.<\/p>\n<p>Para la granola mezclar copos de avena, nuez y almendra laminada con melaza de arroz, hornear hasta que este crujiente, triturar.
