Invita a tus amigos y seres queridos a disfrutar de una noche veraniega y comparte esta <strong>deliciosa receta<\/strong> <strong>saludable de pastel de fresa y cusc\u00fas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><u>Ingredientes <\/u>(6-8 Raciones)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zumo de manzana \u2013 3 tazas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cusc\u00fas<\/strong> \u2013 2 tazas<\/li>\n<li>Pasas \u2013 2 cucharadas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tahin<\/strong> o mantequilla de almendras \u2013 2 cucharadas<\/li>\n<li>Almendras molidas \u2013 2 cucharadas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mermelada de cerezas negras sin az\u00facar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sal marina \u2013  \u00bd cucharadita<\/li>\n<li><strong>Almendras tostadas<\/strong> y separadas en 2 mitades<\/li>\n<li>Esencia de vainilla \u2013 1 cucharada<\/li>\n<li>Fresas troceadas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Canela molida<\/strong> \u2013 1 cucharada<\/li>\n<li>Zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Coloca el zumo de manzana, las pasas, las almendras molidas, la sal, la esencia de vainilla y la canela en una olla\/cazuela y ll\u00e9valo todo a ebullici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade el cusc\u00fas, retira el calor y c\u00fabrelo de manera que la tapadera ajuste con precisi\u00f3n. Mantenlo sin abrir durante 20 minutos. Remueve bien y pon la mitad de la mezcla en un molde h\u00famedo para hacer pasteles.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla el tahin o mantequilla de almendras con dos cucharadas de mermelada y b\u00e1telos hasta hacer una crema. Exti\u00e9ndela sobre la mezcla del cusc\u00fas que has puesto en el molde.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade el cusc\u00fas restante, presionando bien con una esp\u00e1tula h\u00fameda. D\u00e9jalo reposar un rato antes de pasarlo a un plato grande.<\/li>\n<li>Extiende un poco de mermelada por los lados del pastel y c\u00fabrela con las almendras abiertas por la mitad.
