Hemos extrapolado parte de nuestros conocimientos al Aeropuerto de Madrid y hemos creado <a href=\"http:\/\/esenzabysha.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Esenza by SHA<\/a>: dos espacios de salud que te ayudar\u00e1n a encontrar un estado \u00f3ptimo de bienestar aunque te encuentras de viaje.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que al viajar nuestra rutina y h\u00e1bitos saludables se ven pr\u00e1cticamente anulados, nuestros cuerpo pierde su equilibrio y lo notamos en nuestro bienestar general.<br \/>\n<strong>La alimentaci\u00f3n y el descanso<\/strong> son los dos aspectos mas importantes que debemos cuidar y trabajar cuando nos encontramos fuera de casa:<\/p>\n<h4>1. El descanso del viajero:<\/h4>\n<p>Las noches en el asiento de un avi\u00f3n, en la cama de un hotel o en la sala de espera de un avi\u00f3n rompen absolutamente nuestra rutina de sue\u00f1o y descanso, que podremos combatir sin embargo con estos trucos para mejorar el sue\u00f1o y favorecer el descanso durante el viaje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poder dormir en el avi\u00f3n<\/strong> es uno de los deseos m\u00e1s demandados pero debido a la luz del avi\u00f3n, los ruidos y el espacio reducido, se complica bastante. Tenemos estos 3 trucos infalibles para conciliar el sue\u00f1o y descansar durante el vuelo:<\/p>\n<p>-Invierte en una buena <strong>almohada de viaje<\/strong>. No importa que tengas que cargar con ella. Evitar\u00e1 dolores de cuello innecesarios y te ayudar\u00e1 a adoptar una postura confortable.<\/p>\n<p>-Unos <strong>tapones para los o\u00eddos<\/strong> o auriculares y un antifaz lograr\u00e1n aislarte del entorno y no romper la cadena de luz aunque sea haga de d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>-Antes de disponerte a dormir ve al ba\u00f1o, <strong>l\u00e1vate los dientes<\/strong> y enjuaga el rostro con agua.<\/p>\n<p>Un consejo extra: <strong>practicar yoga o pilates la noche antes<\/strong> de viajar te ayudar\u00e1n a preparar el cuerpo (f\u00edsica y mentalmente) para un vuelo largo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>2. La alimentaci\u00f3n del viajero:<\/h4>\n<p>Lo que comes antes, durante y despu\u00e9s del vuelo resulta fundamental para perder o mantener el equilibrio de tu cuerpo a pesar del viaje.<br \/>\n<strong>Hidratarse es la clave<\/strong>: beber mucha agua antes del vuelo, pero no dejar de beberla durante ni despu\u00e9s. Eso s\u00ed, evitar bebidas con cafe\u00edna o alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La alimentaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n influye en la calidad del sue\u00f1o, y mucho.
