Es un postre cl\u00e1sico que gusta a la gran mayor\u00eda de comensales incluso en <strong>su versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n\u00a1An\u00edmate a intentarlo!<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes<\/h4>\n<h5>Para la masa de hojaldre<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li> 2 tazas de harina integral de reposter\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Media cucharadita de sal marina<\/li>\n<li>Media taza de aceite de coco (templado)<\/li>\n<li>Levadura<\/li>\n<li>Agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5> Para el relleno<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>8 tazas de manzana cortadas en trozos<\/li>\n<li>La piel de una naranja<\/li>\n<li>Media taza de sirope de arce<\/li>\n<li>Media cucharadita de sal marina<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de canela, nuez moscada y jengibre<\/li>\n<li>Media taza de zumo de manzana<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre de sidra de manzana<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de ra\u00edz Kuzu disuelta en 3 cucharadas de zumo de manzana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Para la cobertura<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Media taza de harina integral de reposter\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite de coco (templado)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada y media de sirope de arce<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de nueces en trozos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Precalienta el horno a 190\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mezcla los ingredientes para la masa<\/strong> de hojaldre empezando por las harinas, la sal y la levadura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A\u00f1ade el aceite de coco<\/strong> y m\u00e9zclalo con los dedos hasta que parezcan migas de pan. A\u00f1ade el agua que necesites hasta conseguir una masa esponjosa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estira la masa<\/strong> hasta adaptarla a un molde para pasteles de unos 20 cm (previamente untado con aceite).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hornea<\/strong> durante 10-15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li> Pon los trozos de manzana, la c\u00e1scara de naranja, el sirope de arce, la sal, las especias, el zumo y el vinagre de sidra de manzana en <strong>una olla a fuego medio<\/strong> hasta que hierva.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9jalo al fuego durante 10 minutos o hasta que las manzanas est\u00e9n blanditas, pero conservando su forma. Mu\u00e9velo de vez en cuando. <strong>A\u00f1ade el Kuzu disuelto<\/strong> y remueve. Retira del fuego cuando la salsa se haya espesado.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca <strong>los ingredientes para la cobertura en un bol y m\u00e9zclalos<\/strong> hasta conseguir una textura como de migas. Introduce las manzanas en la pasta de hojaldre.
