Si\u00e9ntate quieto, con la columna vertebral erguida y a trav\u00e9s de la concentraci\u00f3n en tu respiraci\u00f3n ve cortando poco a poco las cuerdas invisibles que te atan a este pesado cuerpo, lib\u00e9rate de tu carga pesada y siente el infinito en tu conciencia, ni el espacio ni el tiempo est\u00e1n presentes ya en este estado; la quietud y el gozo van llenando todos los espacios.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Consejos para los ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Hay una <strong>relaci\u00f3n directa entre la concentraci\u00f3n y la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, todos los grandes maestros aconsejan hacer primero respiraciones para as\u00ed aquietar la mente.<\/p>\n<p>1.- Notar\u00e1s que al principio, sobre todo despu\u00e9s de un d\u00eda de mucho estr\u00e9s y de mucha agitaci\u00f3n, <strong>tu respiraci\u00f3n se halla muy agitada<\/strong> y tu coraz\u00f3n late deprisa.<\/p>\n<p>2.- La respiraci\u00f3n no se debe forzar en ning\u00fan momento, de tal manera <strong>que no intervenga para nada la voluntad.<\/strong> Hay que dejar que el ritmo de la respiraci\u00f3n adquiera su cadencia natural a medida que pasa el tiempo<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3.- Con los ojos cerrados y  <strong>la mirada<\/strong> dirigida al <strong>entrecejo<\/strong>, <strong>observa la entrada y la salida del aire<\/strong>, observa c\u00f3mo entra y c\u00f3mo sale el aire de tus pulmones a trav\u00e9s de las fosas nasales, sin prejuicio alguno, s\u00e9 simplemente un contemplador silencioso.<\/p>\n<p>4.- Cuando esta fuerza vital o energ\u00eda de vida que se manifiesta en el aire comienza a retirarse de los sentidos, \u00e9stos se aquietan y las distracciones comienzan a desaparecer.<\/p>\n<p>5.- Cuando la respiraci\u00f3n se haya aquietado, podemos emplear un <strong>Mantra <\/strong>de dos s\u00edlabas; por ejemplo Je y Sus. A la entrada del aire, pronunciamos el vocablo Je y a la salida, Sus. Debes pronunciarlas mentalmente y en silencio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>El prop\u00f3sito de estos ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong> es la de apartar la atenci\u00f3n y la conciencia de aquello que uno no es, hasta que volvamos a la esencia de nuestro ser.
