Sin embargo, <strong>\u00bfcu\u00e1ntas veces nos sentimos empujados por la vida, como si nos apretase?<\/strong> A veces nos cuesta trabajo vivir el d\u00eda a d\u00eda con vitalidad y optimismo; creo que todos conocemos esta sensaci\u00f3n de estrechez.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Si estas sensaciones las mantenemos en el tiempo <strong>aparecer\u00e1n el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad con sus s\u00edntomas<\/strong>, como el insomnio, irritabilidad, p\u00e9rdida de apetito (a todos los niveles), ansiedad a la hora de comer, dolores de cabeza, musculares, estomacales, etc. Y por supuesto nuestro \u00e1nimo tambi\u00e9n se ve afectado, convirti\u00e9ndose <strong>el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en un acto mec\u00e1nico de supervivencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A veces <strong>relacionamos quietud o silencio, con dejar de vivir<\/strong>, con dejar de hacer, y pensamos que si no hacemos y nos esforzamos no vale, no tiene sentido. La quietud, <strong>el silencio es una cualidad para desarrollar<\/strong>, es dejarnos estar en lo que ocurre sin lucha, aceptando el momento, vivi\u00e9ndolo sin manipulaciones; ni qued\u00e1ndonos pegados a ese momento, ni huyendo de \u00e9l. Tenemos la idea de que parar implica p\u00e9rdida, cuando realmente <strong>parar es un acto de responsabilidad<\/strong>. A veces el acto m\u00e1s saludable e inteligente para el buen desarrollo de cualquier actividad es precisamente parar y tomar perspectiva.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9 generoso contigo, invierte en ti y t\u00f3mate un momento para poder parar. <strong>La Meditaci\u00f3n nos ayuda a parar<\/strong> por eso te invito a practicar estas <strong>cuatro pautas muy sencillas para un primer contacto con la meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tomemos un minuto y busquemos un lugar donde haya tranquilidad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Nos sentamos, buscamos la verticalidad y vamos parando todo el movimiento corporal externo, qued\u00e1ndonos en quietud f\u00edsica. (Favoreciendo la no mecanicidad).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Cerramos los ojos, volvemos la mirada hacia dentro. Poco a poco vamos dejando de sentir la sensaci\u00f3n corporal, abrimos los sentidos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bajamos al presente, el \u00fanico lugar donde la vida ocurre.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Y por \u00faltimo, llevamos la atenci\u00f3n a la respiraci\u00f3n (una tras otra) percibiendo el movimiento que genera la respiraci\u00f3n en nuestro cuerpo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Al inspirar percibo el movimiento que provoca el aire al entrar y como mueve el estomago, el pecho, el diafragma\u2026 Al espirar percibo el movimiento que provoca el aire al salir y como mueve el<\/p>\n<p>diafragma, las costillas, el pecho\u2026 Cuando perdamos el contacto con la respiraci\u00f3n, contemplamos d\u00f3nde se ha ido la atenci\u00f3n y volvemos a la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>La meditaci\u00f3n simplemente es una conciencia amable, no juiciosa con las vicisitudes de la vida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Meditaci\u00f3n en SHA Wellness Clinic\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uFooihEiCC0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vivir es un acto que continuamente me sorprende por su grandiosidad.
