El agua, que sin duda es la mejor fuente de hidrataci\u00f3n, puede resultarnos insuficiente. Por eso hemos pedido consejo a <strong>Teresa Miz\u00f3n, Consultora de macrobi\u00f3tica, que junto con el Dr. Rubio y nuestro chef<\/strong>, todos parte del equipo de <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SHA Wellness Clinic<\/a>, han elaborado estas recetas recomendables para antes, durante y despu\u00e9s del ejercicio. \u00a1An\u00edmate a probarlo y empieza a notar los cambios!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Antes del ejercicio<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p>En lugar de una bebida fr\u00eda o batido, se recomienda consumir-1 \u00f3 2 horas antes de hacer ejercicio-  algunos <strong>carbohidratos complejos en forma de granos enteros<\/strong> en una forma f\u00e1cil de digerir. Lo m\u00e1s recomendable es preparar una crema o papilla de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Papilla de grano:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 taza de cereal cocido entero (mijo, arroz integral, cebada, trigo sarraceno)<\/p>\n<p>1 taza de agua<\/p>\n<p>1 taza de leche alternativa sin az\u00facar (arroz, almendra, avena, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Coloca todo en una sart\u00e9n y cocina durante 20-30 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n suaves y cremosos.<\/p>\n<p>Esto asegurar\u00e1 una alta <strong>cantidad de energ\u00eda de combusti\u00f3n lenta durante el ejercicio,<\/strong> para mantener el sistema digestivo relajado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/carbohidratos-complejos-antes-del-ejercicio.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Durante y despu\u00e9s el ejercicio<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Para los prop\u00f3sitos de hidrataci\u00f3n no hay nada mejor que el agua<\/strong>, por lo que hay que aprovechar sus virtudes antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de hacer ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Durante y despu\u00e9s<\/strong> del ejercicio <strong>tambi\u00e9n se necesita algo que proporcione un poco m\u00e1s de energ\u00eda<\/strong> y que act\u00fae de manera m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida, as\u00ed que se recomienda una bebida endulzada con jarabe de arroz integral. La bebida \u2013que es alcalinizante- ayudar\u00e1 a combatir la fatiga y la acumulaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>T\u00e9 para Atletas<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 cucharadita de ramitas de t\u00e9 kukicha o 1 bolsa de t\u00e9 kukicha<\/p>\n<p>1 litro de agua<\/p>\n<p>4 cucharadas de jarabe de arroz integral<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de pasta de Umeboshi<\/p>\n<p>Deja reposar la bolsa de t\u00e9 o las ramitas de t\u00e9 en agua caliente, sin hervir, durante 5 minutos.
