Muchas veces, las dificultades para conciliar el sue\u00f1o o incluso para conseguir dormir bien durante la noche tienen mucho que ver con la alimentaci\u00f3n. No solo qu\u00e9 tomamos de cena, sino tambi\u00e9n a <strong>la hora en la que la tomamos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s de no ingerir cenas demasiado copiosas, es importante que adelantemos un poco nuestros horarios. Puede resultar dif\u00edcil por la vida que llevamos, los horarios de oficina y dem\u00e1s, pero merece la pena probar y experimentar el espectacular cambio que nuestro sue\u00f1o puede sufrir.<\/p>\n<h4>Lunes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Una relajante <strong>crema de calabaza<\/strong>, hecha solamente con cebolla y calabaza, a fuego lento, y sazonada al final con miso y ralladura de naranja. La puedes acompa\u00f1ar con un peque\u00f1o <strong>cuenco de quinoa<\/strong> con semillas de s\u00e9samo y girasol tostadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Martes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Una reconfortante <strong>sopa de mijo con verduras dulces<\/strong> como cebolla, zanahoria, col y taquitos de tofu. Te ayudar\u00e1 a prepararte para un relajante sue\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mi\u00e9rcoles<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Te puedes preparar un relajante <strong>nishime de zanahoria, calabaza, cebolla y col con una rama de canela<\/strong>. Solo tienes que poner un poco de agua en una cazuela grande, unos trocitos de alga kombu en el fondo, y colocar en trozos grandes, las verduras mencionadas, sin mezclarlas entre s\u00ed. Dejarlas largo tiempo y a fuego bajo. Ideal para calentarnos esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o y para relajarnos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Jueves<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Una deliciosa <strong>sopa de coliflor<\/strong>, con semillas de calabaza y ali\u00f1ada con pasta de umeboshi, acompa\u00f1ada de una tortillita de polenta con pat\u00e9 de remolacha.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Viernes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Para terminar la semana un buen trozo de <strong>calabaza asada<\/strong> a fuego lento en el horno, y acompa\u00f1ada de una <strong>hamburguesa de arroz integral con puerro<\/strong>, har\u00e1n que sientas una profunda sensaci\u00f3n de relajaci\u00f3n y confort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/Calabaza-esopeciada-ak-horno-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7196\" src=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/Calabaza-esopeciada-ak-horno-2.jpg\" alt=\"Calabaza esopeciada ak horno (2)\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Como postre o si necesitas cenar algo m\u00e1s, te propongo dos opciones para a\u00f1adir a los platos anteriores:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Compota de manzana y casta\u00f1as<\/strong> o una <strong>bebida de zumo de manzana caliente con kuzu<\/strong>.
