Pues ponte manos a la obra con la receta de hoy.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Empezamos!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes (para 4 personas):<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Tagliatelis<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<p>Harina de Espelta Bla 200 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Huevos 4<\/p>\n<p>Agua 34 ml.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Verduras:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Zanahoria 150 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Calabac\u00edn 150 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Navo Daikon 150 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Salsifis 100 grs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Crema de calabac\u00edn:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Calabac\u00edn 180 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Estrag\u00f3n 12 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Nata de Soja 50 ml.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<p>Pasta: <strong>forma una masa con los ingredientes y amasa ligeramente<\/strong>. Con la ayuda de una m\u00e1quina de laminar <strong>ve pasando trozos de masa hasta conseguir finas l\u00e1minas de 30&#215;7 aprox<\/strong>. Pasa por el rodillo de tagliatelis para formar los mismos.<\/p>\n<p>Verduras:<strong> primero pela las <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/cena-saludable-bruschetta-de-verduras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">verduras<\/a> <\/strong>y una vez peladas, con el mismo pelador, <strong>sigue sacando cintas como si estuvi\u00e9semos pelando<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Salsa: <strong>lava el calabac\u00edn y corta las puntas, corta el resto en trozos regulares<\/strong>. Hierve los trozos hasta que est\u00e9n blandos. <strong>Pasa los trozos por la batidora o licuadora. A\u00f1ade la nata y el estrag\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Montaje: <strong>Saltea las verduras en un wok <\/strong>con un poco de aceite de oliva y punto de sal.<strong> A\u00f1ade la pasta previamente cocinada<\/strong> durante 5 minutos en agua y sal, y sigue salteando. A\u00f1ade la salsa y remueve. Sirve en plato.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien es cierto que esta receta puede resultar un poco m\u00e1s laboriosa de lo normal por el hecho de tener que fabricar t\u00fa mismo la pasta, tambi\u00e9n puedes comprar la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sha-boutique.com\/pastas\/pasta-de-espelta-3-algas-250g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pasta de harina de espelta ya fabricada<\/a>,  lo que facilitar\u00e1 en gran medida la elaboraci\u00f3n de esta receta.
