No dedicarle suficiente tiempo a preparar nuestra <strong>comida para la oficina<\/strong> y no dedicar el tiempo necesario para comerla son errores muy habituales que deber\u00edamos empezar a solucionar para mejorar nuestra salud, nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n, vitalidad y estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>expertos en alimentaci\u00f3n saludable<\/strong> recomiendan cuidar mucho la elecci\u00f3n de los ingredientes, cantidades y composici\u00f3n de nuestros <strong>men\u00fas semanales para el trabajo, <\/strong>aprendiendo a <strong>comer en la oficina sin microondas<\/strong> y eligiendo una <strong>dieta saludable<\/strong> que a su vez nos aporte la<strong> energ\u00eda suficiente para rendir m\u00e1s en el trabajo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5 trucos sobre alimentaci\u00f3n en el trabajo:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. Planifica bien tu <strong>dieta semanal para la oficina<\/strong>, no caigas en la improvisaci\u00f3n. Los domingos por la tarde son el momento ideal para organizar la semana que va a comenzar. Aseg\u00farate de tener en la nevera frutas y verduras frescas y evita comprar platos precocinados, congelados y con muchos aditivos y conservantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2.  Si prev\u00e9s momentos del d\u00eda en los que vas a necesitar <strong>comer entre horas<\/strong> por emergencia quieres seguir una <strong>dieta equilibrada en la oficina<\/strong>, mejor guarda siempre en tu caj\u00f3n alimentos no perecederos como: frutos secos o galletas de cereal integral para un plus de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. Evita cualquier producto de las m\u00e1quinas expendedoras (caf\u00e9, chocolate, bebidas azucaradas,&#8230;) y los almuerzos fuera de la oficina con boller\u00eda industrial; adem\u00e1s de engordar no son buenos para la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. Hidr\u00e1tate bebiendo suficiente agua (al menos 8 vasos de agua durante la jornada), recuerda ir al aseo con frecuencia y lev\u00e1ntate de la silla al menos cada hora para estirar las piernas y facilitar la circulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">5. Dedica tiempo al momento de comer (al menos 1 hora), es bueno para <strong>relajar tu cuerpo y tu mente.  <\/strong>Come sentado\/a, de forma relajada y disfruta de la compa\u00f1\u00eda de los compa\u00f1eros de trabajo.
