{"id":71100,"date":"2014-04-24T11:29:20","date_gmt":"2014-04-24T09:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/como-preparar-una-sopa-de-miso-facil\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:44:39","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:44:39","slug":"como-preparar-una-sopa-de-miso-facil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/como-preparar-una-sopa-de-miso-facil\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo preparar una sopa de miso f\u00e1cil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Receta sencilla para preparar a diario una <strong>sopa de Miso<\/strong> t\u00edpica de la gastronom\u00eda japonesa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El miso<\/strong> es una pasta de soja fermentada con sal marina, aunque a veces se le a\u00f1aden otros cereales.<\/p>\n<p>Te explicamos <strong>c\u00f3mo preparar en menos de 5 minutos una deliciosa y saludable sopa de miso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para la Sopa Miso r\u00e1pida con tofu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 litro de agua<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla cortada a la mitad<\/li>\n<li>1 zanahoria cortada a la mitad<\/li>\n<li>1 rama de apio cortada muy fina<\/li>\n<li>2 tiras de alga wakame remojada y cortadas muy finas<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas peque\u00f1as de miso<\/li>\n<li>1 Cebolleta<\/li>\n<li>100 gr Tofu<\/li>\n<li>Pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de una sopa de miso:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A\u00f1adir en una cazuela el agua junto con la cebolla, la zanahoria y el apio y dejar a calentar a fuego vivo. Pasados 20 minutos retirar el apio, la cebolla y la zanahoria.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s a\u00f1adir al caldo el alga wakame y dejar a cocinar a fuego vivo durante otros 5 minutos.
