Sus ingredientes principales son el arroz integral, los azukis, alga kombu, la zanahoria y el tahini, ingredientes que hacen un plato exquisito y con <strong>varios beneficios para la salud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Recordad que tambi\u00e9n tenemos publicado un post que habla en profundidad sobre las propiedades de los azukis.<\/p>\n<h5>Alga Kombu: propiedades<\/h5>\n<p>La Alga japonesa Kombu <strong>aumenta la esperanza de vida considerablemente <\/strong>. En un <a href=\"http:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?sl=en&amp;tl=es&amp;js=y&amp;prev=_t&amp;hl=en&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov%2Fpubmed%2F16392709&amp;edit-text=\">estudio <\/a>se descubri\u00f3 que esta alga prolonga la vida en personas que est\u00e1n contaminadas por benzopireno (a-<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Benzopireno\">benzopireno<\/a>) el cual es un subproducto de combusti\u00f3n incompleta y es potencialmente cancer\u00edgeno, adquiri\u00e9ndose al fumar tabaco, inhalar gases producidos por los veh\u00edculos, inhalar el humo producido por fuegos, &#8230;<\/p>\n<h5>Propiedades de la Calabaza<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Las calabazas son ricas en <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Caroteno\">Beta-Caroteno<\/a>, el cual es un antioxidante que se convierte en Vitamina-A. La Vitamina-A es <strong>esencial para la salud de la piel, vista y para tener un sistema inmunol\u00f3gico fuerte<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Las calabazas son uno de los alimentos con el mayor contenido en carotenoides, el cual<strong> reduce el riesgo de padecer enfermedades inflamatorias<\/strong> como la artritis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Ingredientes:<\/h5>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Zanahorias<\/li>\n<li>Arroz Integral: 200g<\/li>\n<li>Tahini: 100g<\/li>\n<li>Azukis: 300g<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla: 100g<\/li>\n<li>Calabaza: 200g<\/li>\n<li>Alga Kombu: 10 gr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h5>Procedimiento para las zanahorias<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Pelar las zanahorias y hervir durante 20 minutos, cuando est\u00e9n listas retirar del fuego y colar, a\u00f1adir 100 gramos de tahini.<\/li>\n<li>Triturar todo y reservar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Procedimiento para el arroz integral<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Poner el arroz en un cazo. Las medidas serian med\u00eda de arroz y una de agua.<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar a fuego lento, tapar y retirar una vez se quede sin agua. Reservar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Procedimientos para los azukis<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Poner los azukis el d\u00eda anterior a remojo. Al d\u00eda siguiente cortar la calabaza y la cebollas en trozos medianos, poner a hervir todo junto a los azukis y el Alga Kombu.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir agua y cocinar durante una hora y cuarto, al final deben de quedar un poco secos.<\/li>\n<li>Montar el plato, con la base de zanahoria y tahini, a\u00f1adir un timbal de arroz a la base y poner los azukis encima del arroz, decorar con dos daditos de azukis y unos germinados de zanahoria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>\u00a1BUEN PROVECHO!<\/h5>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Receta con Azukis Para el post de hoy ense\u00f1amos como preparar una receta que deleitara nuestra vista y nuestro paladar.
