Se trata de una <strong>receta sana sin trigo, sin gluten y sin lactosa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/alimentos.org.es\/salmon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>El salm\u00f3n es un alimento muy nutritivo<\/strong><\/a> que tiene un alto contenido en prote\u00ednas, alto contenido de <strong>\u00abgrasas buenas\u00bb como el Omega 3<\/strong>, alto contenido de vitaminas como la vitamina D, vitamina B12 y vitamina B6, y minerales como niacina, selenio y magnesio. El salm\u00f3n es un pescado que se recomienda tomar de vez en cuando dentro de nuestra dieta saludable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Las semillas de s\u00e9samo negro tienen mucho calcio y mucho hierro<\/strong> y normalmente se utilizan para mejorar el funcionamiento de nuestro sistema digestivo y nuestra flora intestinal. Por otra parte, el s\u00e9samo negro ayuda a mineralizar nuestro organismo y tambi\u00e9n retrasa la aparici\u00f3n de canas en el cabello.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los fideos de arroz y las verduras completan este plato saludable con los carbohidratos complejos y otras vitaminas que nuestro cuerpo necesita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 5 minutos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n: 15 minutos<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Ingredientes (para 4 porciones aproximadamente)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>4 filetes de salm\u00f3n sin piel (aproximadamente 100 g por persona)<\/li>\n<li>2 pomelos<\/li>\n<li>2 pimientos rojos troceados a tiras<\/li>\n<li>100g de tirabeques<\/li>\n<li>20 hojas de menta fresca<\/li>\n<li>20 hojas de cilantro fresco<\/li>\n<li>120 g de arroz integral o fideos de arroz<\/li>\n<li>un pu\u00f1ado de hojas de ensalada lavadas<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de semillas de s\u00e9samo negro<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de salsa de soja tamari<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de mirin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Precalentar el horno a 180 \u00baC\/350 \u00baF. Cubrir una bandeja de horno con un poco de papel o usar una bandeja antiadherente. Colocar los filetes de salm\u00f3n en la bandeja. Poner en el estante medio del horno y cocer durante 10-12 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n hechos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras el salm\u00f3n se cocina, pelar el pomelo y cortar en gajos. Cortar finamente el pimiento rojo y los tirabeques en tiras. Lavar las hierbas, sin necesidad de cortarlas, basta con lavarlas y romper las hojas. Dejar todos estos ingredientes a un lado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poner los fideos de arroz a hervir hasta que est\u00e9n listos. Colarlos y enfriarlos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organizar los platos en los que se va a servir la ensalada de arroz. Mezclar los fideos escurridos con las hojas de ensalada un poco de aceite de s\u00e9samo y colocar en el centro. Poner encima las tiras de pimiento rojo y tirabeques.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Retirar los filetes de salm\u00f3n del horno e inmediatamente espolvorearlos con semillas de s\u00e9samo negro.
