Adem\u00e1s, como ya hemos comentado, tardan muy poco en cocinarse porque no necesitan ponerse en remojo previamente, es suficiente con lavarlas en agua fr\u00eda y cocerlas durante 15-20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, explicamos la elaboraci\u00f3n de esta rica <strong>receta de lentejas rojas con curry, muy sana y perfecta para incorporarla a nuestro men\u00fa saludable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-935\" title=\"Sopa de lentejas rojas y sus beneficios para la salud.\" src=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/red.jpg\" alt=\"Receta de lentejas rojas de SHA.\" width=\"289\" height=\"433\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 taza y media de lentejas rojas secas<br \/>\n10 cm. de alga kombu<br \/>\n1 diente de ajo en rodajas finas<br \/>\n8 tazas de agua<br \/>\n1 puerro picado finamente<br \/>\n1 o 2 piezas de apio cortado peque\u00f1o<br \/>\n1 o 2 zanahorias cortadas en cubos peque\u00f1os<br \/>\n2 cucharaditas de curry en polvo<br \/>\n\u00bc de taza de vinagre de umeboshi<br \/>\n1 cucharada de jugo de jengibre fresco<br \/>\nPimienta negra al gusto<br \/>\n\u00bc de taza de perejil picado para decorar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/span> Poner las lentejas rojas, el ajo, el alga kombu, el puerro, el apio y la zanahoria a hervir en una olla grande y, cuando hierva, se reduce el fuego a medio-bajo. Removiendo ocasionalmente, se cocina a fuego lento durante unos 15 minutos, o hasta que las lentejas est\u00e9n blandas y se funden en el caldo. Se descrema, se desecha la espuma y se retiran los restos de alga kombu. Despu\u00e9s, se  mezcla el curry en polvo con el vinagre de umeboshi y el jugo de jengibre en la olla, y se cocina a fuego lento durante 5 minutos adicionales. Si se desea, tambi\u00e9n se puede a\u00f1adir tofu o shiitake para completar el plato.
