La <strong>receta sana de hoy es muy sencilla y su ingrediente principal es el arroz rojo<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n conocido como arroz de levadura roja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El arroz rojo forma parte de la alimentaci\u00f3n tradicional oriental, donde lo usan como alimento y como medicina natural, <\/strong>ya que tiene m\u00faltiples <strong>beneficios para la salud como la disminuci\u00f3n del colesterol y los triglic\u00e9ridos<\/strong>. Tiene ese color tan caracter\u00edstico por la fermentaci\u00f3n del arroz con una levadura natural de color p\u00farpura y que es la act\u00faa como remedio natural contra el exceso de colesterol. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 demostrado que<strong> el arroz rojo tiene propiedades neuroprotectoras<\/strong> que ayudan a mantener la mente m\u00e1s joven y activa. \u00bfNecesit\u00e1is m\u00e1s razones para incorporarlo a vuestra dieta saludable?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nosotros os proponemos<strong> una receta muy saludable de arroz rojo con verduras y seit\u00e1n<\/strong> que esperamos que os guste. Adem\u00e1s, lo bueno de esta receta es que siempre pod\u00e9is cambiar las verduras y los complementos y adaptarlos a vuestro gusto personal, creando distintas combinaciones, que como siempre, os animamos a compartir con nosotros. A continuaci\u00f3n, se a\u00f1aden el azafr\u00e1n, el pur\u00e9 de frutos secos y el arroz rojo. Se sofr\u00ede durante un minuto y se a\u00f1ade el caldo. Dejar cocer el arroz a fuego lento durante 15 minutos y, por \u00faltimo a\u00f1adir las verduras troceadas mientras removemos y dejar cocer durante 10-15 minutos m\u00e1s.
