B\u00e9atrice d&#8217;Orl\u00e9ans en Yo Dona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado s\u00e1bado <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/yodona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Yo Dona<\/strong><\/a> (la revista impresa que sale con el diario <strong>El Mundo<\/strong>) public\u00f3 un interesante debate entre nuestra embajadora<strong> la princesa B\u00e9atrice d&#8217;Orleans<\/strong> y <strong>Samantha Vallejo-N\u00e1jera<\/strong> sobre nutrici\u00f3n y dietas saludables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Dietistas-Nutricionistas, 7 de cada 10 mujeres no se sientan relajadas a la mesa ni estudian con cuidado lo que se sirven en el plato y, seg\u00fan la Facultad de Ciencias de la Actividad F\u00edsica y el Deporte de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upm.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidad Polit\u00e9cinca de Madrid<\/a>, el 80% de las mujeres que han cumplido los 40 prefiere estar delgada a sana. Quiz\u00e1 por ello, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os han surgido tantas dietas cuya repercusi\u00f3n en nuestra salud es m\u00e1s que cuestionable. Sin embargo, debemos recordar que \u00absomos lo que comemos\u00bb y que nuestra salud debe ir en primer lugar; por ello debemos analizar qu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s adecuado para nuestro organismo y concretarlo en una dieta saludable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para debatir sobre este tema, <strong>Yo Dona<\/strong> eligi\u00f3 a estas dos mujeres tan vinculadas con la alimentaci\u00f3n. <strong>B\u00e9atrice d&#8217;Orleans<\/strong>, como sab\u00e9is, es <strong>embajadora de SHA Wellness Clinic<\/strong> y partidaria de la dieta macrobi\u00f3tica, que reduce el consumo de prote\u00ednas animales, l\u00e1cteos, y determinados alimentos considerados demasiado \u00e1cidos, como pueden ser los tomates o las berenjenas. <strong>Samantha Vallejo-N\u00e1jera<\/strong>, por su parte, es due\u00f1a de una exitosa empresa de c\u00e1tering y firme defensora de las bondades de la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aun con sus diferencias, ambas tienen mucho en com\u00fan, como el rechazo a los productos industriales o la defensa de los <strong>ingredientes de temporada para una dieta saludable<\/strong>. En la entrevista, <strong>B\u00e9atrice d&#8217;Orleans<\/strong> explicaba que, normalmente, las dietas no logran seguirse m\u00e1s de dos semanas: <em>\u00abSHA propone, m\u00e1s que una dieta, aprender a comer de forma saludable, algo que se puede mantener toda la vida\u00bb<\/em>. Adem\u00e1s, B\u00e9atrice a\u00f1ad\u00eda que el equilibrio en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n es important\u00edsimo: <em>\u00abdebemos encontrar ingredientes que nos ayuden a adaptarnos al entorno. La nutrici\u00f3n, como la manera de vestir, es una cuesti\u00f3n cultural.
