Don&#8217;t wait any longer to try it!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 cups <strong>spring water<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 onion cut into half moons<\/li>\n<li>1 cup fresh or frozen organic corn kernels<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup fresh <strong>coriander<\/strong> (cilantro) or parsley finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons <strong>cumin seeds<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon brown rice miso<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons white<a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/what-is-miso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> miso<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd-1 teaspoon turmeric<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Coriander sprigs for <strong>garnish<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons fresh grated <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/ginger-benefits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ginger<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation<\/h4>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warm the oil in a pan, and add the cumin seeds. Saut\u00e9 until the seeds begin to crackle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add the garlic and onion, and continue to saut\u00e9 for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add the water and kombu, and bring to a boil. Remove the kombu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add the parsley, turmeric, and the sweet corn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dilute the miso in a little water until smooth and pureed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simmer for a 5 minutes and add the diluted miso.
