It&#8217;s tasty and healthy at the same time!<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s quite laborious to make but you will certainly be the <strong>perfect host of every dinner and celebration<\/strong>. Invite your friends to enjoy a summer night and share this <strong>delicious healthy recipe<\/strong> <strong>of strawberry and cous cous pie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Ingredients<\/u><u> <\/u>(6-8 Portions)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apple juice \u2013 3 cups<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cous &#8211; Cous<\/strong> \u2013 2 cups<\/li>\n<li>Raisins \u2013 2 tablespoons<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tahin<\/strong> or almond butter \u2013 2 tablespoons<\/li>\n<li>Grind almonds \u2013 2 tablespoons<\/li>\n<li><strong>Black cherry jam without sugar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sea salt \u2013  \u00bd  teaspoon<\/li>\n<li><strong>Roasted almonds and separated in 2 parts<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Vanilla essence \u2013 1 tablespoon<\/li>\n<li>Chopped strawberries<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ground cinnamon<\/strong> \u2013 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Preparation<\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place the apple juice, raisins, almonds, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in a pot and bring to boil.<\/li>\n<li>Add cous cous, remove from heat and cover it. Keep unopened for 20 minutes. Stir and put half of the mixture into a wet cakes mold.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the tahini or almond butter with two tablespoons of jam and whip to make a cream. Spread it over the cous cous mixture you already put into the mold.<\/li>\n<li>Add the remaining cous cous, pressing with a wet spatula. Let it stand for a while before passing it into a big bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Spread a little jam on the sides of the cake and cover it with the almonds.<\/li>\n<li>Cover it with the sliced strawberries and spray the lemon juice.
