Workload, family, household chores and stress, do not allow us to feed healthily. Most cases we don&#8217;t know how harmful are some food for our body, we get carried away by the fast food, ready meals and we deceive ourselves with light products, unaware that <strong>there are much healthier alternative options<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9576 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/worldwide-nutrition-day.jpg\" alt=\"World nutrition day\" width=\"849\" height=\"565\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nutrition should be harmonious, healthy and balanced.
