Be careful! It&#8217;s important to boil it for 5 minutes before eating!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8665\" src=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/revuelto-de-tofu.jpg\" alt=\"revuelto-de-tofu\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Replace yogurt for gelatine.<\/strong> You can prepare it yourself with apple juice and agar agar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Replace ham sandwiches<\/strong> for <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/12-healthy-snacks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">baked pumpkin, sushi, rice balls or cereal bars <\/a>that you can prepare at home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Replace the butter <\/strong>of your breakfast toast for<strong> tahini or peanut butter <\/strong>(homemade).<strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Common jam <\/strong>on your toast for<strong> sugar free marmalades <\/strong>or sugar free compote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>White bread for wholegrain bread. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Common coffee for cereals coffee<\/strong>.
