Women are the ones who bring up men. What I mean is that women bring up sons as well as they bring up girls (future women).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nIf a mother is too stressed, busy, she is probably not going to be patient enough to educate her kids and communicate with them on a balanced and healthy way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nowadays women must play several roles<\/strong> \u2013 mother, daughter, partner, professional, carer \u2013 and they also have to take care of their own physical and mental health.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We cannot forget that women are not like men. Fortunately\u2026 they\u2019re different! And one of those <strong>biggest differences is the endocrine system<\/strong>. Women\u2019s endocrine system is like a roller coaster, it goes up and down and sometimes we don\u2019t realize that <strong>this means big emotional changes.<\/strong> Emotional changes make women respond differently to stress factors. It\u2019s important that we know which hormonal phase we are in so that we can manage stress accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>We all know that <strong>Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)<\/strong> is a phase in which almost every woman suffer some changes on the way of being. They are usually more irritable, more impatient, intolerant, more emotional and vulnerable and occasionally, they feel strong pain and physical discomfort.These moments are also part of a women\u2019s life and accepting <strong>this fact doesn\u2019t mean that women are inferior or weak<\/strong>.Being aware of this is crucial, as it is to make a personal stress management on these situations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding<\/strong> are also times when hormonal changes cause emotional and mental changes. As well as menopause and pre-menopause do.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8568\" src=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/estres-femenino2.jpg\" alt=\"estr\u00e9s de la mujer\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The response to stress factors during these phases is completely different to the response during phases of hormonal tranquillity.<br \/>\nIt is important to have the time and care to manage stress, so that when someone goes through this kind of moment doesn\u2019t feel lost on his\/her emotions.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/how-to-manage-everyday-stress\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>A good management and prevention of daily stress<\/strong><\/a> will allow woman to live these periods with more tranquillity and serenity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Women have a crucial role on education and society on a general way.
