Food can help us warming up and fight against typical winter diseases, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/food-boost-immune-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">boosting our immune system.<br \/>\n<\/a>Today&#8217;s <strong>Pumpkin soup macrobiotic recipe<\/strong> is ideal for a healthy dinner and help our body against cold winter evenings.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We just need:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Two medium size <strong>onions<\/strong>, peeled and chopped.<br \/>\n&#8211; Some <strong>mirin or ginger juice<\/strong> (optional)<br \/>\n&#8211;<strong> Half pumpkin<\/strong> peeled and chopped in small pieces<br \/>\n&#8211; One or two <strong>white miso<\/strong> tablespoons<br \/>\n&#8211; A pinch of <strong>sea salt<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Nori seaweed<\/strong> toasted and cut in small squares<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8230\" src=\"https:\/\/pre.shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/ingredientes-receta-crema-calabaza-macrobiotica.jpg\" alt=\"ingredientes-receta-crema-calabaza-macrobiotica\" width=\"650\" height=\"539\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Preparation: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1. Put the onions on a pan and cover them with the pumpkin pieces. Cover the vegetables with 850 ml water, add a pinch os salt and bring it to boil. Cook it uncovered for 5 minutes, then cover and let it cook over low heat until vegetables are soft enough (aprox. 20 minutes).<br \/>\n2. Let it cold before smashing the vegetables (add some extra water if it&#8217;s too thick). Season with mirin or ginger juice and miso and cook again over low heat for 5 more minutes.<br \/>\n3.
