Anyone, with the necessary ingredients can cook this: <strong>Tofu scrambled<\/strong>. Undo the<strong> tofu and add it to the mix carefully<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Add a bit of cold water and the shoyu<\/strong> (soybean sauce).<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Boil <\/strong>during 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>6. <strong>Cut the nori seawood in small pieces and integrate<\/strong> them in the mixture.<\/p>\n<p>7. Serve with<strong> yeast free bread<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>8. <strong>Decorate with <\/strong>fresh onion thin strips.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Variants:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You can <strong>add a bit of black pepper<\/strong> to the mixture or extend a thin lawyer grain mustard over the bread.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Tofu is an accessible ingredient to all, besides is exceptionally beneficial for your health<\/strong>: it is wide in vegetable proteins for what it minimizes the losses of calcium across the urine.
